The TrueVoIP Attendant Console is a web based application for enhanced interaction with phone calls. Typical users would include reception or call center type users due to the heavy call volume they tend to encounter. Using the TrueVoIP Attendant Console app you can quickly transfer calls to other users, call queues and groups, or voicemail, as well as park calls and managed the parked calls across the system using the drag and drop functionality.
Please note: The TrueVoIP Attendant Console is NOT a standalone phone and works in conjunction with your existing desk or soft phone.
Accessing the TrueVoIP Attendant Console
To access the TrueVoIP Attendant Console app, login to the TrueVoIP user portal at https://pbx.truevoip.com with your username (typically your email address) and your password. Once you're logged in, click the "Attendant Console" link at the top of the screen.
