Add/Update ACH payment information
To add or update your ACH payment information, first open your web browser and navigate to https://manage.truevoip.com. You should see the following login screen.
Enter your email address and password to login to the billing portal, or if you don't know your password click the Forgot your password link.
If you don't have a billing portal login, please open a TrueVoIP ticket here
Once you're logged in, click on billing in the left hand menu.
Next, click on Add Payment Method near the upper right corner, and then choose ACH from the dropdown menu. Enter the necessary bank account information, company billing address, account nickname of your choice, and click Save as.
Once your account information is successfully saved, make sure the new account is set as default and Auto Pay is enabled.
