Changing a users voicemail PIN

To edit a user on your TrueVoIP system, first login to the TrueVoIP Manager Portal.

Once inside the manager portal, click the Users button on the top menu.

Next, click the name of the user you want to edit.  Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile tab to find the Change Voicemail PIN section pictured below.

Enter the desired voicemail PIN taking note of the restrictions and click the Save button.
