Changing Call Forward Settings

To change your call forward settings in your TrueVoIP account, first login to the TrueVoIP Manager Portal.

For more information about accessing the portal, see the article Accessing the Portal.


Once inside the manager portal, click the Answering Rules button on the top menu.



Next, click the Add Rule button to create a new answering rule, or click the Edit button next an existing answering rule.  In this example, we'll edit the Default answering rule.



On the Edit Answering Rule screen, enter the settings you'd like use by checking the appropriate boxes and filling in the required information.  In this example, we'll set Call Forwarding Always to ring to an outside phone number such as a mobile phone.



Once you've changed the desired the settings, click the Save button to immediately activate your new changes.
